High Speed Tail Breaker
A tail breaker cum pinch roll is a machine in a steel hot rolling mill and slow down the speed of the TMT steel re-Bar or steel bar its been shear (Cut) by a Flying shear and before its send to the Cooling bed, Tail Breaker is essentially a pinch roll system that Controls the TMT Steel Bar velocity.
The Tail Breaker help manage the speed of the TMT Steel Bar in rolling mill and preventing damage or quality issue caused by excessive speed. Tail breaker machine driven by AC / DC motor & variable drives to control the speed reduction and by slowing down the TMT Steel Bar, the tail breaker allow for a more controlled cooling on the rolling mill cooling bed. Proper speed control is crucial for maintaining the quality and integrity of the rolled metal products.
