High Speed Cantilever Pinch Roller
High-Speed Pinch Roller is operated at a separate location in the hot rolling mill before and after the TMT quenching box to provide constant tension to the bar. It is also designed with a spherical roller bearing & Double Speed Gear Box & Achieve Double Speed ratio.
High-speed pinch rollers provided by The Jettherm® have a wear-resistant surface along with anti-friction mounting support & Solid Rolls with Cardoon Shaft provided & It is driven through an AC / DC motor. DC cantilever Pinch Rolls helps in achieving uniformity in high speed & operations.
